TRAINING METHODS

Demonstrations

This is the very first method, which will be implemented in the training session. Demonstration refers to practical demonstration of tasks by trainers themselves. Live demonstrations will be shown to participants from where they can learn the basics.

Practice Sessions

This is the second method of training delivery. Practice sessions are very much important for such type of skill-based learning sessions. Here, participants will get the opportunity to practice the elements they learned in the demonstration category. Participants will be monitored and guided by the trainers during practice sessions.

Learning by Doing

Learning by doing will be the major training method for this training. A majority 50% of time will be spent for this method where the trainees will be assigned specific tasks after demonstration and practice session so that they can accomplish the task efficiently and learn from there. This will provide great opportunity for trainees to experience to learn by working.

TRAINING TECHNIQUES

Lecture

Trainers will deliver oral presentation intended to present information or teach trainees about relevant subjects.

Class Demonstrations by Students

Allow students who “know” or are proficient in a specific area (Maestro/Master) and allow that person the opportunity to show their proficiency by allowing five minutes to demonstrate their skills.

Peer Coaching

A key reason for one-to-one sessions is to satisfy individual student queries. Students will get the opportunity to ask more questions during one-to-one sessions, which they may not during normal class setting. Trainers can also observe trainees individually and provide appropriate feedback.

One-on-One

Guided Discussion

The guided discussion pedagogy is an active learning technique, which offers many benefits to the students. It is an active learning technique that encourages students to reflect on their own experiences, explore alternative ways of thinking, connect to a topic, and improve analytical skills. The trainers will follow such technique to ensure that trainees can effectively cope with online marketplace scenario.

Individual Assignment

Trainees will be expected to perform an individual assignment where they will demonstrate their individual competency to create an application as a project work.

Group Assignment

Trainees will also be expected to participate in a group assignment to demonstrate their competency as a part of a group. The group as a whole will be assigned a project work, which they must complete by the end of the course.

TRAINING PERFORMANCE MONITORING & ASSESSMENT

Online Assessment Tests

Online tests hosted on Training fore-learning platform. This will allow trainers to assess key weaknesses of trainees based on their test scores.

Practical Tests

Trainees will be asked to work on modules that they learn as they proceed along the course.

Project Work

Trainee performance will be monitored and assessed by means of the aforementioned methods. Moreover, any other method can also be applied that will be deemed necessary to improve student performance and assist in tracking their progress.
